Welcome to FG Fitness.

I’m Matt Friesenhahn, founder and coach at FreddyG Fitness. I hold a BS in Exercise Science from the University of Delaware and am a NASM Elite Trainer (CPT, CES, PES, CNC). I offer 1-on-1 personal training designed to make exercise feel manageable and enjoyable.

I keep things simple, supportive, and consistent so you can feel better in your daily life — more energy, more strength, less stress. Whether you’re brand-new to fitness or looking to reignite your routine, I’ll meet you where you’re at. You’ll get clear cues and simple habits that stick.

Freddy Girl is my dog, my best friend, and the heart behind everything I do. She’s playful, loyal, and full of energy, everything I aspire to be — and she’s often by my side, adding a little extra joy to each session. Inspired by her spirit, I created FreddyG Fitness: a space where you can move your body, clear your mind, learn something new, or just show up and feel good.
